Vice-Admiral Cecil Horace Pilcher, D.S.O., R.N. (1 July, 1887 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Post-war
Pilcher was appointed in command of the battleship Orion on 20 December, 1918.[1]
Pilcher was appointed in command of the light cruiser Dauntless on 28 May, 1919.[2]
On 1 October, 1922, Pilcher was appointed in command of the steam pinnace Malabar and in charge of H.M. Naval Establishments, Bermuda.[3]
In 1927, Pilcher was appointed in command of the battleship Emperor of India.
