Cecil Rupert Hemans ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
On 9 June, 1914, Hemans was appointed in command of the destroyer Lydiard.[1]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Ossory on 14 September, 1916.[2]
Hemans was appointed in command of the flotilla leader Valorous on 1 November, 1919.[3]
