Harold Douglas Briggs ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was appointed command of the battleship St. Vincent on 18 July, 1919.[1]

In 1920, he was appointed command of Resolution as Flag Captain to the Rear-Admiral in First Battle Squadron.
