Rear-Admiral Cecil Burnaby Prickett, Royal Navy (4 December, 1882 – ?) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

As Lieutenant-Commander he was appointed Gunnery Officer of New Zealand on 27 June, 1914 and was present at the Dogger Bank action, before being appointed as Gunnery Officer of Princess Royal on 23, July 1915, serving there at Jutland, where for his services he was promoted to Commander. He then became Gunnery Commander to Vice-Admiral Pakenham in Lion.
