Captain William Frank Cook, M.V.O., R.A.N. (20 October, 1916 – ) served in the Royal Australian Navy.
Life & Career
Cook was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1938.[1]
Cook was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1946.[2]
Cook was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1952.[3]
