The Beobachtungs-und Entzifferungs-Haupstelle (Observation and Cryptanalytic Centre) was the German base at Neumünster which intercepted, decrypted and relayed wireless information for the Kaiserliche Marine.

The Beobachtungs-und Entzifferungs-Haupstelle was established at Neumünster on 1 February, 1916 as part of the Beobachtungs-und Entzifferungs-Dienst under Kapitänleutnant Martin Braune.
