Major Cecil Francis Kilner, D.S.O. (8 October, 1883 – 20 October, 1925) served in the Royal Naval Air Service.
Life & Career
His commission in the Royal Marines was terminated on 1 August 1919 as he transferred to the Royal Air Force.
