Commander Richard Gibson Tosswill, O.B.E. (8 October, 1907 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Tosswill was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 August, 1937.[1]

Tosswill was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1941.[2]

Awarded the Harold Tennyson Memorial Prize.
