Commander Cecil Fitzgerald Foley, (1 September, 1851 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Foley was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 September, 1874.
Foley was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander on 1 September, 1896.
