Commander Robert Francis Uniacke Penrose Fitzgerald (8 September, 1886 – ) served in the Royal Navy. He was the son of Charles C. P. FitzGerald and the brother of John U. P. Fitzgerald.[1]
Life & Career
Fitzgerald was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 February, 1915.[2]
Fitzgerald was appointed to Birkenhead as gunnery officer on 31 May, 1915.[3] He fought in her at the Battle of Jutland.[4]
