Hilary John Bartlett, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Bartlett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 January, 1942.[1]
Bartlett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 January, 1950.[2]
Retired 9 October, 1961.[3]
