Commander (retired) Noel Charles Mansfeldt Findlay, (18 November, 1899 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Findlay was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 May, 1920.

Retired 15 February, 1923.

Findlay was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 15 May, 1928.

World War II

Findlay was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 3 September, 1945.
