Temporary Acting Lieutenant-Commander R.N.V.R. Edward Playne, D.S.C.* ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.

I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Playne was promoted to the rank of Temporary Lieutenant R.N.V.R. on 16 August, 1940.
