Lieutenant-Commander R.N.V.R. Francis Vernon Wilson, (8 January, 1883 – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve and the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.
Life & Career
Wilson was promoted to the rank of Temporary Lieutenant-Commander R.N.V.R. on 11 August, 1915.[1]
