Commander (retired) Harold William Seaman, (15 December, 1897 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Seaman was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1919.
Seaman was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 December, 1927.
Seaman was placed on the Retired List with the rank of Commander on 7 August, 1939.[1]
