Captain Douglas Mortimer Lewis Neame, D.S.O.* (9 October, 1901 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Neame was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1923. He qualified as a Pilot on 9 January, 1928.^[1]

Neame was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1931.^[2]

Neame was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1936.^[3]

Neame was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1940.^[4]
