Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Raymond Steriker Parsons, (6 December, 1880 – 4 June, 1915) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Parsons was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant with a seniority of 26 December, 1903 after being adjusted by a Court Martial.

Parsons was placed on the Retired List on 1 August, 1907 for misconduct. He had apparently deserted and gone to America while serving in the battleship Montagu.

Parsons was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 26 December, 1911.

Parsons would join the Royal Naval Division's Collingwood Battalion and die in the Third Battle of Krithia in the Dardanelles Campaign.
