Admiral Herbert James Ogilvy Millar, Royal Navy, Retired (3 February, 1866 – 6 June, 1934) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Millar was appointed Captain of the Royal Naval College, Greenwich on 8 December, 1910.[1]

He was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 6 April, 1922.[2]
