Admiral James Clement Ley, C.B., C.V.O., Royal Navy, Retired (25 July, 1869 – 15 July, 1946) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Ley entered the Britannia on 15 January, 1883.^[1]

Captain of H.M.S. Collingwood dated 22 June, 1912.
