Acting Sub-Lieutenant Francis John Anson Cotter, Royal Navy (16 March, 1894 – 1 November, 1914) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Cotter was the only son of Major-General F. G. Cotter, R.M.L.I. and Mrs. Cotter.[1]
