Admiral Edward Montgomery Phillpotts, C.B., Royal Navy, retired (1 August, 18719 April, 1952) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

Promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral, vice Duff, on 15 January, 1918.
