THE RIGHT HONOURABLE Hugh Oakeley Arnold-Forster, P.C. (19 August, 1855 – 12 March, 1909) was a Liberal Unionist politician with a keen interest in the Royal Navy, later reflected by his position in the Government of the United Kingdom, as Parliamentary and Financial Secretary to the Board of Admiralty.
