Otto Breuer ( – ) was an officer in the Imperial German Navy.
It is possible that his name was Otto Brauer.
Life & Career
He was appointed command of the battleship König on 6/11/1918, remaining in that position until 5/12/1918, when he took command of the battlecruiser Seydlitz.[1]
