Temporary Lieutenant R.N.R. Charles Green Coull, ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Coull was given the temporary rank of Sub-Lieutenant R.N.R. on 23 April, 1916 and received instruction in paddle minesweepers. On 13 July, he was appointed to the paddle minesweeper Gatwick.[1]
Coull was promoted to the temporary rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 23 April, 1917.[2]
Coull was awarded the Royal Humane Society's Bronze Medal for lifesaving at Grimsby Dock.
Coull was appointed in command of Gatwick on 15 January, 1919. He was demobilised on 2 September 1919.[3]
