Commander John Curthoys Richards, D.S.C. (10 August, 1904 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Richards was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1927.[1]
Richards was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 April, 1935.[2]
Richards was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1941.[3]
