Commander (retired) Hedworth Lambton, D.S.C. (20 March, 1904 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Lambton was the son of Hedworth Meux, who had himself been born Hedworth Lambton but had changed his last name as a condition to being named heir to the widowed Lady Lambton.
Lambton was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 October, 1926.
Lambton was placed on the Retired List on 22 September, 1934 and promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 15 October, 1934.
Lambton was promoted to the rank of Commander (retired) on 20 March, 1944.
