Lieutenant-Commander William Frank Broughton Webb, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Webb was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 October, 1936.[1]

Webb was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 October, 1944.[2]
