Lieutenant-Commander Marcel Ivan Usher, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Usher was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 October, 1941.[1]

Usher was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 October, 1949.[2]

Retired 16 October, 1964.[3]
