Commander (retired) Herbert Clarence Dains, (4 December, 1895 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Dains was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 March, 1919.
Dains was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 March, 1927.
Dains was placed on the Retired List at his own request upon his relief on 25 October, 1932 and he was promoted to the rank of Commander on 4 December, 1935.
