Captain (retired) William McCarthy Maturin, R.N. (15 October, 1850 – 7 June, 1932) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Maturin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1875.

Maturin was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 January, 1889.

Maturin was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Captain on 4 November, 1897.
