Captain Reginald Ernest Carr, (4 February, 1874 – 11 October, 1927) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Carr was born in Northumberland, the sson of J. Carr, Esq., J.P..[1]

Carr was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1895.[2]

Carr was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1907.[3]

During the Great War, Carr served in the Coast Guard out of the Berwick district and at the Newcastle Naval Centre.

Carr was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Captain on 5 February, 1920.[4]
