Lieutenant Francis Elliott Walters, R.N. (23 April, 1871 – 1899) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Walters was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1893.[1]
He enjoyed three brief T.BD.. commands beginning in August 1898, but he went missing when he was in command of Ardent along with an Engineer named Baker in October 1899. The Admiralty presumed he had "met his death."[2]
