Commander Duncan West Roe, R.N. (22 July, 1880 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Brighton, the son of Colonel R. E. Roe..

Roe was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1902.

Roe was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 April, 1910.

Roe was appointed in command of the destroyer Avon on 17 April, 1914.[1]

Roe was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1915.

On 13 February, 1919, he was appointed in command of the depot ship Tyne.[2]

Retired 15 November, 1922.
