Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. Reginald Bernard (12 February, 1881 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
While retired, Bernard was appointed Lieutenant, R.N.R. in Command of the destroyer Virago on 19 April, 1918.[1]
