Captain William Tipton Conn, Jr. (13 February, 1881 – 2 May, 1926) served in the United States Navy.
Life & Career
Conn was promoted to the rank of Commander on 23 September, 1919.[1]
Conn was appointed to a post at the Bureau of Navigation on 5 September, 1925, and was promoted to the rank of Captain on 16 September.[2] He died on 2 May, 1926.[3]
