Captain Arthur Russell Hulbert, Royal Navy (9 April, 1871 – 12 January, 1913) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
He was mentioned in despatches for his service with the Naval Brigade in China.
Hulbert was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1908.[1] He was appointed to the light cruiser Blonde on 10 May, 1912 in command of the First Destroyer Flotilla.
Hulbert drowned at Harwich on 12 January, 1913. He had been seen walking on the quarterdeck of the Blonde at 0920.[2]
