Admiral SIR William Graham, G.C.B., Royal Navy (10 September, 1826 – 31 May, 1907) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Graham was promoted to the rank of Vice-Admiral on 29 April, 1885, vice de Horsey.[1]
In accordance with the provisions of the Order in Council of 22 February, 1870, Graham was placed on the Retired List on 10 September, 1891.[2]
