Rear-Admiral George Arthur Scott, D.S.C., R.N. (5 September, 1888 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Scott was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1910.[1]

Scott was appointed in command of the destroyer Urchin on 22 August, 1918.[2]

Scott was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 October, 1918.[3][4]

Post-war

Scott was appointed in command of the destroyer Rival on 18 November, 1919.[5]

On 1 January, 1921, Scott was appointed in command of the destroyer Stormcloud.[6]

Scott was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1923.[7]

Scott was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1931.[8]
