Captain Alan George Despard Twigg, Royal Navy, Retired (25 August, 1884 – ?) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
In 1937 Twigg was selected to take the Sea Transport Officers Training Course which he took between 23 February and 5 March. On 1 August Twigg received Admiralty permission to be appointed Vice-Consul at Patras. In 1939 he bacame Consul at Brest.
