Admiral Robert Hamilton Anstruther, C.M.G., Royal Navy (10 June, 1862 – 26 September, 1938) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Anstruther was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1897.[1]
Anstruther was appointed to the Tamar as Commodore, Second Class on 26 April, 1912, as Commodore-in-Charge of Naval Establishments at Hong Kong.[2] He took up the appointment on 12 July.[3]
He was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 16 July, 1915, vice Barton, and was placed on the Retired List on 17 July.[4]
