Vice-Admiral Robert Henry Simpson Stokes, Royal Navy (5 August, 1855 – 24 April, 1914) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Stokes was promoted to the rank of Captain on 1 January, 1899.[1]
On 5 March, 1907 he was appointed Commodore, Second Class and Commodore-in-Charge at Hong Kong.[2]
