Admiral Edwin Veale Underhill, C.B., Royal Navy, Retired (27 March, 1868 – 22 July, 1928) was an officer of the Royal Navy during the First World War.

On 2 October, 1890 Underhill was promoted to Lieutenant.

Underhill was promoted to the rank of Commander on 26 June, 1902.[1]

In the King's Birthday Honours for 1918 (published on 3 June), Underhill was appointed C.B. (Military Division) in the Most Honourable Order of the Bath.
