Arthur Felton Crutchley ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Crutchley was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1905.^[1]

Crutchley was appointed in command of the destroyer Lynx on 19 October, 1909.^[2]

He was appointed in command of the destroyer Arab on 4 July, 1911.^[3]
