Kenneth Bamford Millar ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Millar was appointed in command of the destroyer Moon on 30 November, 1918.[1]
On 31 October, 1919, Millar was appointed in command of the destroyer Velox.[2]
