Paymaster Captain Hubert Lloyd Barrow, C.B.E., Royal Navy (1 September, 1889 – February, 1940) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

He was the second son of Admiral Arthur Barrow.

Life & Career

Barrow died in February, 1940—just days after his appointment as C.B.E. was announced. Curiously, his obituary does not specify his date of death.
