Commander William Pope, D.S.O. (20 March, 1901 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
As with many men born c. 1899 or later, his Service Records at The National Archives do not reflect activity between 1931 and 1939 or so.
Life & Career
Pope was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1922.[1]
Pope was promoted to the rank of Commander on 22 May, 1941.[2]
He retired on 2 March 1946.[3]
