U.S.S. Colorado was one of six Pennsylvania Class armoured cruisers completed for the U.S. Navy.
She was renamed U.S.S. Pueblo on 9 November, 1916 to free the name for the super-dreadnought U.S.S. Colorado.
Service
Colorado was commissioned on 19 January, 1905 under the command of Captain Duncan Kennedy.
She was renamed U.S.S. Pueblo on 9 September 1916 to free her name for the new battleship Colorado.
