Lieutenant-Commander Alfred Lee Harper, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.

I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Harper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 11 April, 1939.[1]

Harper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 11 April, 1947.[2]

Harper retired 10 February, 1958.
