Commander William Parsons, (16 May, 1840 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Parsons was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 19 November, 1860.
Parsons was promoted to the rank of Commander on 18 September, 1873.
Retired for non-service on 9 October 1882.
