Commander Walter James Taylor, (31 March, 1904 – 1992) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Blackpool.

Taylor was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1937.[1]

Taylor was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1945.[2]

He retired on 5 November, 1952.[3]
